Sable Alexander - Michael Champion, AKA Sable Alexander, has been a respected leader in the DFW LGBTQA community for years. Michael and his partner, Bill Linzee took over the Miss Gay Texas State at Large Pageant System and added the Miss Gay Texas State title, making it a two-division pageant.
Michael always had a big heart for the community and enjoyed working and serving to raise money for many charities, and working tirelessly growing the Miss Gay Texas State Pageant System. Michael was a nurse and lost his battle with Covid in January of 2021. Known to many of us as simply "Miss Sable", we all miss him greatly!
